You can fast travel from indoors,save your time. Sometimes fasting travel from indoors may break quest line...so had better not fast travel when you are in some special cells or worldspaces(like Sovngarde in main quest,soul cairn in dawnguard) during quests. To avoid this issue,fasting travel from some independent worldspaces like soul cairn and blackreach is disabled by default,if you want to enable this feature,you can open FTFI_PLUGIN.ini file and set iEnableFastTravelInWorldSpace to 1. It's just a SKSE plugin,no esp file,no load order requirement,and it should be compatiable with anything,support all mods(Completely supports enderal,with this plugin,you can fast travel from anywhere in enderal).
