The Veteran Skin - 4K Nude Male Skin with SoS Support

DESCRIPTION

Recently I wanted to play as a tough veteran soldier. Looking for a realistic skin with support for SoS, my searches didn't result in much. So, I created this skin for my own use. Why the SoS support? My female characters are always nude, why not play the male character as realistic as possible. After requests to share my textures, I decided to upload it to Nexus so everyone can enjoy them.

This retexture is based on the best male skin currently available for the Skyrim male gender: SkySight Skins by fadingsignal. All credits go to him for making the perfect base textures. I adapted the textures to have a full nude male body.

OPTIONAL PHOTOREALISTIC FACE

The optional face of my veteran skin is based on a real photograph. It is 4K and has a 4K normal map. This means you can see the tiniest of details. The facial hair of the veteran is embedded in these textures. The face is ment to be that of a weathered and slightly sunburned soldier who spends his time on the battle field. If you don't like the face, you can also use the regular version of my mod that only alters the body.

TWO MAIN FILES / CUSTOM RACE

Why two main files? The photorealistic face is really recommended. But, you don't have to use it if you don't want to and only want the nude body. To prevent every male from having the face of the veteran, I used the Custom Races mod and only altered the face of the CustomNord race. That is why one main file of this mod is specifically for use with the Custom Races mod. The other main file, which doesn't have the veteran face, uses the regular face from the SkySight mod. No need to install the Custom Races mod.

The body of all human races (non-beast) will get the nude retexture. The Veteran skin actually consists of two parts:

  Because of permissions and policies I had to split up my textures in these two parts. The first can be downloaded on the Nexus. The second, the genital retexture that matches my skin, can be downloaded from that other 'lovely' download site. The same site from which you download SoS.
