I think we all know her very well. So nothing more to say :)
Update: Complete technical overhaul of the Serana Mod in CBBE especially to eliminate the grey-face-problem several users had. Please report problems or new bugs and send me a PM. :) I will release the other bodytypes the next days.
Update2: For those who do not want to replace Serana (or a mod) I made the Seraphina-Mod. She has got the same appearance as Superb Serana and wears the Blade-Outfit. You can find her in Riften´s Bee and Barb.
Requirements: Skyrim version 1. 9. 32. 0. 8 or later Dawnguard DLC
Serana Replacer:

I recommend Queen of the Damned - Deadlier Serana by xunderxdosedx http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49465/? for improved skills for Serana.
I have changed Serana's race from Nord to NordVampire in order to keep her fangs and vamire-eyes. After 5 days of experiments with the CK that was the best solution. For those who want to cure Serana I released a Human-Version.

Installation:
Install using NMM, or just simply drop the files into the Skyrim Data folder in there respective places.
I recommend you to uninstall other Serana-Replacers before you install this Replacer.
