Sun Rune uses sun effects from the Dawnguard DLC
You can buy a spell tome or scrolls from Sorine and Florentius in the Dawnguard fortress,
or add with console player.addspell XX02F9A
Requires Dawngurd DLC
Safe to merge with other smaller mods in TES5Edit.
