Spectral Horses

Adds 3 summonable spectral horses you can ride. They are essential and invulnerable, Yes ride off the highest cliff you can find and they don't care, some idiot attacks your mount while riding they wont care.. They can be summoned anywhere except while swimming, yes you can summon one in your home if you want. They come in 3 colors, red, blue, and purple. They are set at level 999 with 6k+ stamina, they should run for a long time before running out.

The spell tomes can be bought or stolen from Riverwood Traders. Price is 10,000 each.

Started this last night after trying to summon Arvak in Bruma, decided to make a new version of him without summon restrictions and thats the purple one... then decided to make a couple more colors for the hell of it.
