📋 About This Mod
** Finally coming back to fix this old mod. Works fine as is for LE but will make new static blade models for the hanging blades and then port to SE. - April "Quarantine" 2020
-Now added an alternate version in which the Blades sword memorial does not use weapon racks but instead keeps it off havok settle so if you breath on it it will fall, but looks way better, plus they are pretty high to hit!
Sky Haven Temple is now a real Blades hideout, like Cloud Ruler Temple!
Update: Finally got my skyrim working so if anyone has suggestions on what to add to this mod just put it in the comments! Im going to make a standard and an updated file, and see what I can do about adding more blades over time!
Added a blades sword memorial similar to the one in Cloud Ruler, as well as a better living area with more lights.
1500 downloads, hope you like!
You'll see all the details once inside, but i've made it so when you walk in initially, appropriate things are disabled (such as fires and crops), for lore purposes, until you get far enough in the main quest so don't expect it all to be there at first.
Who wants to walk into a hundred year old structure to find that the fireplace is still on anyhow?

Expanded "Library" (bookshelf) to an actual library (Multiple bookshelves!) Edit: seeing about adding more books too.
Expanded living quarters
How do they not starve up there without remaining secret and hidden for days and WEEKS???
Now there is some crops outside!
And much more! All pleasant surprises hopfully
And thank you for the other pictures whoever uploaded them!

Sky Haven Temple Restored transforms the vanilla Sky Haven Temple into a proper Blades hideout, reminiscent of Cloud Ruler Temple. With 358 endorsements and over 5,800 downloads, this 2014 mod offers a lore-friendly overhaul for players who want a more functional and immersive headquarters.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 358 endorsements and over 5,800 downloads—clearly a hit among Blades fans.
- Fills a gap in the vanilla game by giving the Blades a proper home base, just like the good old days.
- Simple, lore-friendly overhaul that doesn't require a ton of patches or compatibility headaches.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2014—might have issues with newer Skyrim versions or mods that alter the same area.
- No detailed changelog or feature list, so you're going in a bit blind on what exactly changes.
- Only affects Sky Haven Temple—if you wanted more Blades content elsewhere, this won't help.
For Skyrim players who love the Blades faction and want their headquarters to feel like a real fortress. If you're a lore enthusiast or roleplayer who enjoys immersive bases, this is a must-have. Skip if you're looking for gameplay overhauls or new quests—this is purely a location upgrade.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or MO2, just download and install—no special load order needed.
- Make sure to visit Sky Haven Temple after the main quest 'Alduin's Wall' to see the changes in full effect.
- If you have other mods that alter Sky Haven Temple, load this one after them to avoid conflicts.
