Manual Installation
Download the package you want and extract it using WinRar. Now you have 3 folders. Base, FOMod and Options. Delete the FOMod folder since you won't need it. Now go to the base folder and select the bodytype you want and open that folder and copy the .nif files to data\meshes\actor\character\Serana and overwrite the .nif files. Now the body is installed. Now go into the options folder and chose what kind of texture you want. Once you find it open it and copy all the files to data\textures\actor\character\Serana.
