Routa - Stormcloak and Warrior cabin

If the answer is yes, then I have a house for you!

Only vanilla Skyrim needed!

Stormcloaky cabin next to the Windhelm stables. Meant for a warrior character.

Built for my Stormcloak commander and "true Dragonborn of the North" type of char.

No mapmarker since you can just travel to Windhelm Stables.

Two versions available: Stormcloak and non-Stormcloak

House can be purchased by clicking the "For Sale" sign. It costs 7 500 septims.

Mod works as intended, so don't expect any updates.

I don't develop old mods any more.

:: FEATURES ::

- Armour stands and wardrobe automagically change according to character's sex

- Lock the front door by clicking the house key in your inventory

- Unique clutter and furniture. Awesome warrior theme

- All smithing except woodchopping (one is behind Windhelm Stables)

- Unique display for Ysgramor's Shield and Axe and the Longhammer (an awesome unique warhammer)

- Bed gives well-rested bonus

- Basement has more storage and an alchemy lab

- A few mannequins and weapon displays

- Tons of unique custom named and organised storage

No enchanting. You're a warrior, not a mage. Geez.

:: KNOWN ISSUES AND INCOMPATIBILITIES ::

- The sauna benches must be close to the wall so the third person camera flips its shiz during the animation.

- Your house's front yard WILL be attacked during the civil war. This is not an issue, it's a feature.
