Nicos Raven Swords v. 1. 2 __________________________
Reason for this mod: _____________________
One of the community at Skyrim Nexus PMed me with a picture of a sword.
I no longer do requests of any kind but I really liked the shape of the blades so decided to make them the way I wanted them for my own game.
This is the result.
What does this mod do?: ________________________
This mod adds 3 custom (hi-res) swords to Azura's Shrine.
They can be found crossed on a crate to the left, and down from the main altar.
They are also craftable using the Ebony Smithing perk, and can be upgraded.
They are slightly stronger, and lighter than the Ebony Sword.

Author's Note: _______________
I had some complaints/ reviews that some of my work was 'low res'. I used to worry about polygon count, and texture size because I used to get complaints about my models lagging people's game for Oblivion.
Seems the systems now for Skyrim can handle it so stepped it up a notch.
Texture is 2048x2048, model polygon count is 4682.
I am happy with it, and hope you will be too.
This mod is dedicated to my lovely wife, and her battle against cancer.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite (2,775 endorsements) — clearly a lot of players dig these blades.
- Nearly 60k downloads — proven track record of people actually using it.
- Simple and to the point: two new swords, no bloat.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2012 — might have issues with newer Skyrim versions or mod setups.
- Only two swords — if you're looking for a big weapon pack, this isn't it.
For Skyrim players who want a couple of extra swords without overhauling the game. If you're a collector of classic weapon mods or just need some fresh blades for your playthrough, this fits. Skip if you want lore-rich backstories or complex crafting systems.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since it's an old mod, use a mod manager like Vortex or MO2 to keep track of files and avoid overwriting.
- Check the mod's file structure — if it's just meshes and textures, you can drop it into your Data folder manually.
- If you're on Skyrim Special Edition, you might need to port the mod or find a compatible version.
