New Spell - Strip NPCs

DESCRIPTION: Adds a spell to the game named \"Strip\". For each person hit by the spell, the spell may or may not work. If it works, the person will unequip all clothes, keeping shields, weapons and spells. CONDITIONS: Whether the spell succeeds depends on: 1. Target disposition (friend, enemy, etc) 2. Target condition (dead, in combat, etc) 3. Caster Alteration skill 4. Caster / Target level disparity 5. Whether target detects caster (sneak) 6. Target health (targets near death are less able to resist) OBTAINING THE SPELL: A particular follower of Dibella will give you the necessary spell tome if you show interest.
