If you are using Arthmoor's When Vampires Attack, be sure to install the WVA patch so citizens run from werewolf attacks too. Immersive Citizens should also do the trick and does not require a patch. A protected/essential NPCs mod might also be helpful.
I recommend using this alongside Diverse Werewolves Collection, which adds variety to enemy werewolf textures (seen in screenshots).

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community-approved with 1,340 endorsements and 30,557 downloads.
- Lightweight and focused—does exactly what it says without extra bloat.
- Adds more variety to enemy encounters for players who want more werewolf action.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2018—may have compatibility issues with newer Skyrim versions or mods.
- Limited scope—only adds werewolves, so if you want other creature variety, look elsewhere.
For Skyrim players who feel the base game doesn't have enough werewolf encounters and want a simple, no-frills mod to spice up combat. If you're a completionist or roleplayer looking for more beastly challenges, this is a solid pick. Skip if you want comprehensive creature overhauls or are playing on a heavily modded setup that might conflict.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since this mod only adds werewolf spawns, it's safe to install mid-playthrough, but always check for conflicts with other creature mods.
- If you're using a mod manager, let it handle the file placement to avoid overwriting other creature mods.
- Consider pairing with a werewolf overhaul mod to make encounters more interesting.
