LONGER WEATHER TRANSITIONS Matthew_Kaine Version: 1. 0 Release Date: 6/5/2012 Category: Environmental Requirements: Skyrim 1. 5. 26. 0. 5 ================== Details: ================== This mod simply adjusts the transition time between weather types in the game. Clear and cloudy weathers now have a 1. 5x longer transition time, and foggy, stormy, rainy, and snowy weathers now have a 2x longer transition time. I would have made these multipliers larger, but sadly the Creation Kit has a set maximum transition time. I will update this mod in the future if anybody knows how to avoid that limit. ================== Installation: ================== ------------------------------ Manual Instructions ------------------------------ 1) Extract the contents of the ZIP folder into your Data folder 2) Make sure the Longer Weather Transitions.esp is checked in the Launcher ------------------------------ Nexus Mod Manager Instructions ------------------------------ Installing the Mod 1) Extract the contents of the archive to a temporary folder. 2) Copy the extracted archive to \\Skyrim\\NMM\\Mods\\. 3) Start Nexus Mod Manager 4) Click the Create button 5) Click the Add Archive button, navigate to the archive and select it, then click the Yes button. 6) Click the Create button, wait until it finishes, then click the Ok button. Activating the Mod 1) Start Nexus Mod Manager 2) Double-click the name of the mod, once installed the mod icon will turn blue. ================== Un-Installation: ================== ------------------------------ Manual Instructions ------------------------------ 1) Delete the files/folders associated with the mod 2) Uncheck the Longer Weather Transitions.esp in the Launcher ------------------------------ Nexus Mod Manager Instructions ------------------------------ 1) Start Nexus Mod Manager 2) Double click the mod to deactivate it, once finished the icon will turn green ================== Compatibility: ================== This mod WILL be incompatible with any mod that edits these variables. However, if you adjust the load order, whichever mod loads last will likely be the one to affect the transition time. Therefore, if you want to use this mod, make sure it is loaded AFTER any mods that may edit the weather transition time. ================== Known Issues: ================== None known.
