Should be working with most retextures. Depending on the texture your results may vary of course. If you are using retextures and the armor looks good report back here so the rest of us gets to know also.
The female meshes are based on the CBBE Body. You don't need the mod but at least CBBE compatible textures otherwise it will look out of place.
