Keep your pretty EEO faces while playing with EnaiSiaion Imperious - Races of Skyrim
Also included (or not) an orc female idle and walk fix, vanilla points to the male model that's why we look like an ape. A female orc can work in the mines and still look pretty :P This is a generic race change, no named NPCs or followers have been modified.
Required obviously : Ethereal Elven Overhaul by nuska Imperious - Races of Skyrim by Enai Siaion unofficial skyrim legendary edition patch isn't but you should really use it ;)

Optional versions (only use one esp, move it manually from the optional folder) - orc female walk & idle only - EEO only
