No DLC is necessary. =========== Description =========== This mod adds some craftable light armor, weapons, and food to Skyrim that are appropriate for a Ranger. Because a Ranger is a person who stays out for long periods in the wilderness, the craftable items added by this mod are all lightweight and simple. The more powerful items will require some unofficial questing to gather some rare materials and then multi-step processes to combine them, which should make their creation a rewarding experience. It\'s gonna take more than leather and strips to make this stuff! One of the reasons I made this mod was because the higher-level gear in unmodded Skyrim has a little too much ... cowbell? ... for my taste. I can\'t imagine a hunter stalking the bushes wearing glass armor. Therefore, I made this mod so you can have glass armor level protection while wearing something more appropriate for a ranger. The craftable items added by this mod look unique from other craftable items, even while I constructed them exclusively using Vanilla Skyrim meshes and textures. But smaller, much faster and lighter, and with deadlier critical hits. ----------- Nomadic Bow ----------- Damage is approximately equal to a steel bow. But faster and lighter, and with deadlier critical hits. -------------- Skinning Knife (req. Steel Smithing Perk) -------------- Damage is approximately equal to an elven dagger. But also does additional damage to animals. --------------- Ranger Long Bow (req. Elven Smithing Perk) --------------- Damage is approximately equal to an elven bow. But faster and lighter, and with deadlier critical hits. --------------- Ornate Tomahawk (req. Advanced Armor Smithing Perk) --------------- Damage is approximately equal to a glass axe. But smaller, faster, lighter, and with deadlier critical hits. ----------------- Master Hunter Bow (req. Glass Smithing Perk) ----------------- Damage is approximately equal to a glass bow.
