By necessity, this description will contain some late-story spoilers for Dragonborn's Tel Mithryn quest line.
Feel free to install this based on the pretty screenshots, and then figure out who this character is by doing those quests.
This mod is an overhaul, both visual and functional,for major Dragonborn DLC villain Ildari Sarothril.
Besides a revamped appearance, Ildari has some tweaks to her gear and skills,
based on the elemental powers she draws from her Heart Stone.
She summons Ash Spawn in battle, and has a unique weapon.
Clothing in the screenshots is included.

She is also available as a follower after her story concludes.
She basically turned out too HOTT not to do it.
This is a bit of a perversion of the lore, admittedly... but I tried to integrate this into the story as best I could.
There is an extended dialogue scene (fully voiced with heavily remixed vanilla lines) where you talk her into traveling with you.
She also has a handful of other new lines when she's with you.
To recruit her as a follower:
Complete the Tel Mithryn storyline in Solstheim, sorry, I know it's long...
Look for her in the main tower of Tel Mithryn after you've turned in the quest to defeat her.
You can cheat your way past the story by pulling the big lever out behind Tel Mithryn tower. It will enable the follower inside.
This should work if she's already dead in your playthrough, or if you just don't want to deal with the quests.
There will be a note nearby that explains what she's doing there.
READ THE NOTE before you try to interact with her.
The rest should be self-explanatory.
Please note:
Ildari is still an unambiguously evil character, clearly responsible for a variety of horrific crimes... and maybe not the best traveling companion unless you're doing a total bad guy playthrough. But that's your call.
