INTRODUCTION Heljarchen Hall is a perfect place to stay: nearly at the center of Skyrim, in a strategic position between the coast and the heartland of Tamriel. The rich and important city of Whiterun is easily reachable. Unfortunately, the area surrounding Heljarchen is unsafe: there are many predators and the giants camp is too close to guarantee the safety of this manor. You can manage all these risks by yourself, if you are alone, but... you have a family: a beautiful spouse, two sweet children... and you care about them, so before moving to such an unsafe house, you need a strong defence. Now, after epic battles and dangerous journeys, you can finally planning to retire here at private life, enjoying your family and your prosperity in a great nobiliar estate.

I suggest you to use also Hearthfire attacks disabled (by Raygereio), to avoid bandit attacks and increase safety. Load it after Heljarchen Estate Upgraded.

WHAT IS NEW? This mod transforms your lone and dangerous Heljarchen Hall into a nobiliar estate, protected by walls and surrounded by a fully upgraded courtyard. There is also a total of 25 new weapon racks all around the property.

Platform, pool and Gazebo - the best part of your estate is the great platform in the east side. It hosts a cooking stand, furnished with a cooking pot, an oven, a churn and some barrels, and a noble table. A stone stair leads to a panoramic pool. On the other side, the platform leads to a Gazebo with an immense panorama: from this vantage point you can enjoy the road between Whiterun and Dawnstar, the giants camp and the surrounding snowy forest, and, far away, the Sea of Ghosts. Blacksmithing Shack - the blacksmithing area near your (vanilla) house is now a fully-furnished laboratory, with a forge and tanning racks.
