Gloss shine for all female character Click to enlarge Description This mod give at all the female character in game a very natural gloss shine Now you can chose the level of gloss using the GlossTech technology Why such small files? All the body texture that you see in game are made of 4 file Example: femalebody.dds femalebody_msn,dds femalebody_s.dds femalebody_sk.dds The first file is a flat texture of the object, in fact all the curves are made by a nif file and the lighting by the _msn file The _sk file is the mipmap The file that adds the gloss skin is the _s file I did different tests before posting this mod. First I tried to increase the lighting of the _s file, but this doens\'t work properly with femfeet installed. Then I tried to transform the _msn file to an _s file; this solution works fine only for some views, but not for other. Afetr performing this step i\'ve noticed that the complexity of the map doesn\'t alter the effect in game , so I tried to make a total white map of 8x8 pixel Trust me, it just works very well. Well, it seems most of the problems people are having is due to win7 and admin rights. I came by this problem today when I was going to install this mod on my mates comp. It ran smoothly on my own so I wouldn\'t have caught it otherwise. Perhaps I can help some of you out, so here goes: Unless you have removed certain restrictions from win7 it won\'t allow files to be saved into certain directories without admin rights. This may apply to Skyrim\'s default install directory. That problem is usually solved by running an application in admin mode (right click etc), however in this case the problem starts when you run GlossTech.exe while placed in your Data directory. You see if you don\'t run this as admin too, the generated files won\'t be saved into the textures folder. You will not get an error message, it will run as if it works only the files won\'t be there, hence the TexBlend will not work properly and you get all sorts of weirdness like super glossy face etc. So how do you solve this?
