Another Main Font Replacement
There are some great font replacers out there already, but I had clipping problems with some, others were too hard for my tired eyes to read and some were just too modern looking for my tastes. This is the easy to read, not-too-modern font replacement I use for Skyrim. (English/Latin alphabets only.)
Extract the files to your Data/Interface folder. (Or use NMM.) If you're using a modified fontconfig.txt already, you'll need to merge the changes yourself.
