📋 About This Mod
When you equip a bow without having arrows equipped Skyrim will helpfully equip some for you. More specifically, it will search your entire inventory and equip you with the worst arrows it can find. Try it! The mod changes this to equip your best arrows (or bolts) instead.
The mod works by patching the game code. No esp file. Safe to (un)install at any time. For the mod's purpose the "best" arrows (or bolts) are simply those with the highest base damage.
Compatibility
No know incompatibilities. If a scripted mod equips arrows on your PC that will not be affected at all.

How do I know if it works?
Unequip your bow and arrows. Make sure you have arrows with different damage values in your inventory. Equip your bow. Without the mod your worst arrows will be equipped. With it your best ones.
Details
The mod woks by modifying the code used by Skyrim to evaluate which ammunition should be equipped together with a ranged weapon. It simply modifies the comparisons that check if an arrow is weaker than the ones found so to instead check if it is stronger.
