What is this mod
If you use the ENB Water feature, you'll notice all horse trough would look as if they are empty.
This mod will show the water with the ENB Water enabled, and all features such as the water caustic would be displayed.

The blacksmith forge is not covered by this mod, but you can use the Blacksmithforge water fix by hexaae/rolloLG to see the same ENB Water on the blacksmith forge. Just make sure this mod is activated after the hexaae's mod. Here's the SkyForge screen capture using the rolloLG mod and this mod together.
