2. UNDER ACTOR> DWARFS RACE. EDIT E. G. DRFDOURIN> RIGHT SIDE MENU CHARACTER GEN PARTS.

3. DRAG DWEMMER BEARD OR GASH SCAR ETC ETC FROM THE MAIN LEFT PANEL UNDER CHARACTER>> HEAD PART>> MALE>> TYPE DWEMER IN SEARCH BAR AND PICK WHAT YOU WANT.... GIVE EM MORE SCARS OR WHATEVER.

4. THEN CTRL+F4 TO EXPORT FACEGENDATA FROM THEIR DWARFS RACE MENU ON LEFT PANEL. THEN SAVE.

You can also change there voice in traits tab on character gen parts in the Creation Kit
