Dragon Ball Z Scouter

As as fan of \'Dragon Ball Z\' and \'Skyrim\', I was loving the few DBZ mods and moves being modded in. I did however see no trace of any form of scouter being made. So here\'s this one! This mod is standalone and will NOT replace any vanilla items To get the \'Scouter\' you must craft it using a forge. It comes in five colours, Green, Red, Pink, Blue and White. It will be listed under the \'Steel\' section and will require 2 \'Steel Ingots\' and a Gem of the relevant colour you want to craft. (Emerald=Green, Ruby=Red ect.) You can also upgrade it using a workbench with 1 \'Refined Moonstone\' While wearing the Scouter, you will be able to see any living life form that may be present in the area, much like the spell \'Detect Life\' achieves. I did however, consider using something like the \'Detect Skills spell\' mod, as it would mirror what the scouter actually does in DBZ. But this requires you to cast it with a spell on individual characters individually, for it to then pause the game and bring up the stat sheets. This is not what I wanted, so I went with something abit more dynamic and fluid. In DBZ the characters using the scouters would always be able to tell when someone was nearby by sensing there power levels and knowing where they are, this effect somewhat achieves this notion. ============= ---Installation--- =============
