📋 About This Mod
I know what you're thinking. This doesn't even remotely fit Astrid. You're right, it's weird af. Still I thought it'd be a fun change. I actually wanted to use Misuke's adult Lamae version but I couldn't find it anywhere.
What Does This Mod Do?
All this mod does is uses Misuke's Lamae Follower as a template for Astrid. Astrid inherits her look and her spells. This does break the original follower, so she is disabled on start up. If you still want a follower either use my Astrid Reborn mod or if you want her to have the spells use the Astrid Reborn version in the downloads.

A simple plugin that swaps Astrid's appearance with Misuke's Lamae Follower, requiring the original mod. Offers an Astrid Reborn version. With 39 endorsements and 1,401 downloads, it's a niche cosmetic choice for Skyrim players who want a different look for the Dark Brotherhood leader.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Gives Astrid a fresh look if you're tired of the vanilla model.
- Small but active community (39 endorsements) — people who use it seem to like it.
- Two versions available (standard and Astrid Reborn) so you can pick your preferred base.
- Lightweight plugin that won't bloat your load order.
⚠️ Cons
- Requires the original Lamae Follower mod, so you need to download that separately.
- Last updated in 2019 — might have compatibility issues with newer Skyrim versions or other mods.
- Only changes Astrid's appearance; no gameplay or dialogue changes.
- Limited appeal if you don't care about Astrid's look.
For Skyrim players who want to give Astrid a different appearance, especially if you're already using Lamae Follower. Skip if you're looking for gameplay changes or if you're not interested in cosmetic tweaks for NPCs.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the original Lamae Follower mod installed before adding this replacer, or it won't work.
- If you use a mod manager like Vortex or MO2, let it handle the file placement to avoid overwriting issues.
- Check your load order to ensure this plugin loads after Lamae Follower to take effect.
