Celtic Music in Skyrim provides 5 hours of new music (a total of 79 tracks) for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. 300 minutes for exploring, towns and optional dungeons and combat. The Mod just adds music and it does not delete or replace the vanilla music.
For those who only want the Celtic Music playing without the vanilla tracks I recommend this mod: Kill The Orchestra. Kill The Orchestra completely removes the vanilla music or specific tracks which you don't want ingame. Thanks to brsingr11 for testing this mod along with Celtic Music.
If you want to install Kill The Orchestra, you need to check the vanilla music types you don't want to hear ingame. To get the best experience with the current Celtic Music version, check the following boxes on the first page of the installer:

That's it. The next two pages are Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Celtic music does not support the DLC's for now, so leave them unchecked.
