Goatk (The brilliant creator of the The Noble Family series) has retired

from Skyrim modding and left permissions for modder's to modify and improve TNF mods.

I wanted to try out modding Breezehome, my favourite Skyrim house ever, and since the BHTNF layout is already super awesome, all was left for me to slightly adjust the decór and add new items from some modder's resources.

This is a remake of the vanilla Breezehome with Hearthfires. No other versions will be made by me, the mod is offered as is.

NMM or drop the esp and bsa to your Skyrim/Data files. Recommended installing on a new game where the house or its upgrades have not yet been purchased.
