Blink - Teleportation Spell

This spell is a standalone version of Blink featured in my other mod, Gifts of the Outsider - Dishonored in Skyrim. The spell has been slightly modified and improved from the version in that mod in order to more closely emulate the power used by Corvo.
The spell allows you to instantly 'leap' to a targeted location within 150ft. It can be used to travel both vertically and horizontally allowing you to reach those hard to get places quickly. It can also be used in combat to evade, disorientate or close on enemies in order to engage them in combat.
The spell can be learned from a spell book located in Solitude. The book is situated on a ledge above the Eastern entrance of Castle Dour, you will need to drop down from the main walkway to reach it (see screenshot).
