✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 2,822 endorsements and 54k downloads—clearly a lot of players dig it.
- Packs a ton of amenities into one basement: pool, sauna, whirlpool, showers—your character can live like royalty.
- The display room is a nice touch for hoarders who want to show off their loot.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2012—over a decade old, so it might have compatibility issues with newer game versions or DLCs.
- It's an addition to another mod (Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite), so you'll need that base mod to use this—though it's not explicitly stated here.
For Skyrim players who already have the Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite and want to expand their home with a luxurious underground spa. If you're a completionist who loves player homes with all the amenities, this is a solid pick. Skip if you're looking for a standalone home or gameplay changes—this is purely an add-on.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the original Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite mod installed first, since this is an add-on.
- Since the mod is old, consider using a mod manager to avoid overwriting files and to keep track of load order.
- If you're playing Skyrim Special Edition, you may need to port the mod or use a compatibility patch—check the mod page for updates.
