This mod is very outdated, as it was made a long time ago for Legendary/Vanilla Skyrim.

:: Short Back Story::

Ages ago, the Dwemer Lord Halerus Q'raz built this fortress to safeguard his wealth. After his death, a greedy underground lord attacked with a massive army and automatons. Halerus’s son, Haegord, fought bravely but was killed, leaving the fortress ransacked and abandoned for centuries.

Eventually, one of the first Dragonborn discovered the ruins on his way to High Hrothgar. He brought an expert builder and his family to rebuild the stronghold using salvaged Dwemer materials from across Skyrim. The Dragonborn lived here briefly before his final journey to Oblivion, leaving the site to the constructor’s family line.

Over generations, residents, pilgrims, and merchants each contributed to expanding the fortress. Today, an old man named Arthur—claiming to be the last descendant of the original builder—maintains the property alongside a few other inhabitants. Hearing rumors of a new Dragonborn in Skyrim, Arthur now awaits your arrival, knowing this legendary stronghold belongs to you by fate.
