4K Parallax textures and meshes based on SMIM meshes and ELFX lightning
Parallax Mesh status is at ~ 10%, I will add more in future updates. It's monotonous endless hours of work.

Framedrop: It's nearly 2015 and skyrim has 3 times the frames indoors. Today's low end cards should be able to run it without problems.
Geforce 560ti has no problems with it and that card costs about 50€
