📋 About This Mod
Manage, update, downgrade, and restore rendering libraries and runtimes used by PC games, including DLSS, FSR, XeSS, DirectStorage, D3D12, DXC, OpenVR, and Ogg/Vorbis. Also supports RenoDX, Luma Framework, and per-game NVIDIA DLSS settings.
RenderPilot
A Windows application for managing rendering libraries, runtimes, and supported rendering add-ons used by PC games.
RenderPilot scans installed games, identifies supported rendering components, and provides a controlled way to update, downgrade, replace, or restore them.
Supported components include NVIDIA DLSS and Streamline, AMD FSR components, Intel XeSS, DirectStorage, the D3D12 Agility SDK, DirectX Shader Compiler, OpenVR, Ogg/Vorbis, and other libraries covered by the built-in catalog.
RenderPilot also supports RenoDX and Luma Framework installations for compatible games and provides access to supported NVIDIA DLSS driver settings through NVAPI.
All managed changes are performed locally. Original files are preserved for rollback, and the current game state is checked before an operation is applied.
Features
-
[]Automatic game discovery — Detects games installed through Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, EA App/Origin, and Ubisoft Connect. Additional game folders can be added manually.[/]
[]Rendering library management — View detected rendering components and install compatible versions directly from the application.[/]
[]Upgrade and downgrade support — Move between available compatible versions without manually replacing files in the game directory.[/]
[]Original file restoration — Restore the saved original version of a managed component when required.[/]
[]Compatibility-aware operations — Candidate selection takes the detected component, architecture, package structure, executable, and current installation state into account.[/]
[]Preflight validation — RenderPilot checks the current game state again before applying a planned operation. Ambiguous or stale states are stopped rather than applied automatically.[/]
[]D3D12 Agility SDK handling — D3D12Core.dll and the selected game's D3D12SDKVersion are managed together when an executable change is required.[/]
[]Verified rollback data — Original baselines are retained for managed components and verified before they are used for restoration.[/]
[]Operation recovery — Supported interrupted operations are recorded and can be detected and recovered when RenderPilot starts again.[/]
[]RenoDX support — Install, inspect, update, and remove supported RenoDX profiles. RenderPilot can install the required ReShade host where applicable and displays compatibility and anti-cheat information before installation.[/]
[]External RenoDX packages — Supported profiles distributed through external sources can be provided to RenderPilot through the file picker or drag-and-drop after being downloaded from their original source.[/]
[]Luma Framework support — Install, update, and remove supported Luma Framework profiles for DirectX 11 games. Supported profiles may provide DLSS or FSR upscaling, HDR, and shader replacement.[/]
[]DLSS Frame Generation fix — Supported RenoDX configurations can use the optional fix intended to prevent ReShade output from being drawn over generated frames.[/]
[]NVIDIA DLSS driver settings — Manage supported Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and Ray Reconstruction settings and presets for individual games through NVAPI.[/]
[]NVIDIA DLSS indicator — Enable or disable NVIDIA's built-in DLSS indicator for supported configurations.[/]
[]Version catalog — Browse available versions and compatible candidates without sourcing individual library files manually.[/]
[]Bulk operations — Apply supported component updates to a game with consolidated progress reporting.[/]
[]Game artwork — Retrieve supported cover artwork or assign a local image manually.[/]
[]Catalog filtering — Search and filter detected games, mark favorites, and hide entries that are not needed.[/]
[]Operation history — Review completed component changes and restorations from the application.[/]
[]Application updates — Installer and supported portable builds include an integrated update mechanism.[/]
[]Installer and portable editions — Use the standard Windows installation or keep the application and its portable data in a single directory.[/]
