MO2 Discord Rich Presence (RPC)

MO2 Discord Rich Presence allows you to display your current modding activity directly on your Discord profile. whether you are browsing your mod list, installing a massive FOMOD, generating LODs, or actually playing the game, your friends will know exactly what you're doing.

I'm a big fan of showing off my activity, and since i couldnt find already made plugin, i made my own.

Here's what it can do:

• []Browsing: Shows you are managing mods and displays your current active mod count.

  []Installing: Instantly detects when you open an installer. It identifies the exact mod name for FOMODs, Manual installers, and Quick installs.

  []Playing: Detects when you launch the game (supports SKSE, F4SE, NVSE, etc.).

  []Tools: Shows when you are running utilities like xEdit, DynDOLOD, or BodySlide.

• []Rust Backend: All Discord communication is handled by a lightweight Rust DLL

Main goal was to use as many Qt Event Filters/hooks from mod organizer, and as less of third party python stuff.

Supported Tools that plugin automatically recognizes:

• []xEdit (TES5Edit, SSEEdit, FO4Edit, etc.)

  []LOD Tools (DynDOLOD, TexGen)

  []Animation (FNIS, Nemesis)

  []Modeling (BodySlide, Outfit Studio)

  []Utilities (LOOT, Creation Kit)

(ill add more, and probably automate it so it'll work with any tool that you add into mo later)

Works with any game, has icons for most of bethesda games.

Installation

• []Download the archive.

  []Extract the contents into your Mod Organizer 2 plugins folde

   Path example: 

  C:\Modding\MO2\plugins\

[*]Ensure the folder structure looks like this:

.../MO2/plugins/discord_rpc/__init__.py

 .../MO2/plugins/discord_rpc/mo2_discord_rpc.dll
