# Ghost Files Cleaner (NonEXE — Nexus / Vortex)
## Description
Batch launcher and Python script for users who cannot download `.exe` files from Nexus.
Install into `steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Tools\GhostFilesCleaner\`.
Requires Python 3 on PATH (`py`, `python`, or “Add python.exe to PATH” during install).
## Installation
1. Install or enable the mod in Vortex.
2. Run Install-GhostFilesCleanerNonEXE.bat once.
3. Or copy `ghost_files_cleanerNonEXE.py` and `GhostFilesCleanerNonEXE.bat` into:
`...\Skyrim Special Edition\Tools\GhostFilesCleaner\`
## How to use
1. Ghost dirty plugins in Vortex.
2. Run GhostFilesCleanerNonEXE.bat.
3. Unghost plugins and rerun SSE Plugin Auto Cleaner Mod in Vortex.
