For FSR 4. 1. 1 v2 through the driver user and without touching game file to avoid anti-cheat trigger, unzip and paste .dll where it was previously, search "amdxcffx64.dll" in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore, a terminal command from an admin like:

takeown /f "C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository" /r /a

Might be required to successfully replace the .dll. IF you happen to see two times amdxcffx64.dll one must be from your iGPU or another GPU (previous driver could do that too). Simply check the version in properties and replace the latest one.

If you fail to replace the file after that, you may try to check properties of the folder or files > security > and type your user name, check name and accept, you should be the owner of the file, which gonna give you the right to replace previous file. (check the read me note in the main files)

Similar path for Linux works too (simply paste it in the fake system32)

You can confirm proper installation by checking the version in the software, it should be Version FSR

Most game lack the UI to display which version is currently used, so don't refer to what the game tell you, very few game actually display the real version used, like Monster Hunter Wilds or Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, in doubt, try with a game who actually tells you the real version currently used)
