Enables the game's FSR 3 Frame Generation, since there's no toggle option in the in-game settings.
INSTALLATION
1) Extract Engine.ini file to your C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Arkansas\Saved\Config\Windows
2) Set the upscaling method to AMD FidelityFX 3 in the in-game settings
3) then Right-Click on it -> Properties -> make sure the "Read-Only" box is selec
To Uninstall, delete the Engine.ini file.
