Keyboard Shortcuts Plugin

A plugin that adds keyboard shortcuts for managing mods and their files in the mod list.

This plugin introduces convenient hotkeys for moving mods and transferring files directly in the MO2 mod list.

=== Move Mods (Ctrl+C → Ctrl+V) ===

Move mods and separators across the mod list, including across separator boundaries.

• []Select one or more mods (or separators) in the mod list[/]

  []Press Ctrl+C to copy them to the clipboard

  • If a separator is selected, all mods inside it are included automatically[/]

  []Click on the target mod or separator where you want to place them[/]

  []Press Ctrl+V to move them after the selected position[/]

  === Transfer Files Between Mods (Ctrl+X → Ctrl+B) ===

  Copy or move individual files and folders from one mod to another.

  • []Select one or more mods in the mod list[/]

    []Press Ctrl+X — a file picker window will open showing the contents of all selected mods[/]

    []Check the files and folders you want to transfer

    • You can select individual files, entire folders, or everything

    • Use "Select All" / "Deselect All" buttons for quick selection[/]

    []Choose the transfer mode:

    • COPY — files will be duplicated (originals remain in the source mod)

    • MOVE — files will be relocated (originals are deleted, empty folders are cleaned up)[/]

    []Click on the target mod in the mod list[/]

    []Press Ctrl+B to paste the files into the target mod

    • If files with the same names already exist, you will be asked whether to overwrite them[/]

    === Keyboard Shortcuts ===

    Ctrl+C — Copy selected mods / separators

    Ctrl+V — Paste (move) mods after the current selection

    Ctrl+X — Open file picker for selected mods

    Ctrl+B — Paste files into the target mod (copy or move)
