A simple tool that can be added to the mod organizer 2 plugins folder and run through the mo2 tools drop down menu
Make a backup of your pre updated modlist.txt and once you finish adding\removing mods, run this tool to compare the old modlist to the new modlist and have a complete changelog markdown generated with added and removed mods.
