Adds Casper as a callable sinner on the euro-net (flip-phone), along with 10 mod traits and expanded colony talk-about dialogue built around him. TRAITS (Character Editor > Mod Traits) - 4 new traits themed around Casper himself: The Hanged Man's Stillness, Keeper of the Last Names, Cold Comfort, Driver of the Last Carriage - 6 new traits for your own colonist, reflecting a growing connection to him: Marked for Later, Grief-Fluent, Paper-White, Waiting-Room Habit, Death's Favorite, Borrowed Time TALK-ABOUT Each trait has its own colony conversation lines - a neutral "speaks about" line, a positive or negative reaction line, and a special line for when two colonists share the same trait. NOTES - No door dialogue in this version (a known engine/mod-loader crash when packages + dialogue are both active). Feedback and bug reports welcome!
