SuShan

It uses a dairy product called "su" (similar to butter) as its main ingredient. The butter is extracted by repeatedly boiling milk and sweetened with honey. After being partially melted, it is poured over crushed ice stored in winter cellars and shaped. It is then frozen in ice cellars, with a bottom layer of crushed ice and a top layer of butter forming a layered mountain shape. It is often decorated with flowers and colorful trees. Besides white, there are also dyed varieties in red and green (such as "Imperial Concubine Red" and "Eyebrow Green").
