Playground Tweak

Makes toddlers, children and teens show up with an accompaning relative at playgrounds. Until 3 p.m., ther ewill also be a nanny spawning as company of the unaccompanied children and toddlers I left to make sure that there aren't to many adults present at the playground. After 3 p.m., you won't see toddlers that come without a relative. You absolutely have to install the BASE MODULE (more children at venues) mod for this mod to work. You can get that mod here . The main module will also tweak autonomy at playgrounds a little. If you don't install the base module, this mod will do absolutely nothing (except for spawning a nanny). Also, the base module morechildrenatvenues will do nothing if installed on its own.
