Dust Bunny Motive Never Decreases

Unlike most of the Sims community, I actually like Dust Bunnies and Filth Fiends. I cheat like a madman, so they're mostly cute decorations for me. But I'm tired of keeping their motives high. And I'm really tired of Filth Fiends exploding if their mischief level is too high. So this mod simply erases the decay rate for them. So Filth Fiends won't explode and Dust Bunny friendship never decreases.
