Destroy Object Cheat Interaction

Dear All, Perfect pair for the TOOL mod by Twisted Mexi. This is one feature I'm really missing from TOOL. You can delete objects in a group but not individually. While he has a mod which is similar, it is a script mod and also has a perquisite mod. This Debug interaction doesn't need other mods to work and is available for 98% of the objects. The interaction will be available for most objects when using the Shift-Click on the object. Keep in mind though, if you delete an object which is from the street (like a trashcan), it will respawn when you reenter the game as it is saved in the world file and those persist.
