Change NPC Outfit

Small mod that lets you change NPC/Townie clothing on the fly. I am sure you are familiar with them showing up in outfit that is either ugly, incorrect or just plain rude (swimsuit at a wedding for example) So now you can change their outfit. You'll find it under "Actions" menu and you do not need to introduce yourself first. I removed the spinning animation they do when changing clothing as that seems to interrupt them in whatever they are doing to spin. They do still seem to spin if they have something in their hands, like an infant, but it doesn't seem to interrupt them, but let me know if you find any situation where they seem to get interrupted when changing clothes. Just be as detailed as you can or I won't be able to pin point the problem.
