Casual Give Gift and Receive Gift from NPC

This mod requires Lot 51 Core Library This MOD adds a Give Gift interaction that purely transfers items between Sims without affecting relationships or moods. There is also a Receive Gift interaction that allows you to select and receive items from NPC Sim s inventory. Update : v2 - The variety of selectable items has increased. - Even toddler can now use the interaction features. Features This MOD can be used with the base game only. The interaction can be found in the Affection category under the Friendly category, and is available for Toddler and older. The item will be moved to the target Sim s inventory. You should be able to find it when you switch households. Target items: Items that qualify as targets for the in-game Give Gift interaction. In addition, leftovers, projects that are still in progress and others will also be displayed. Notes Multiple items can be selected, but only one item can be chosen from a stacked items. If the target Sim has no items in their inventory, the Receive Gift interaction will not appear. It can be used even with Sims who are not acquaintances. You should be able to find the interaction under More Choices Friendly Affection. Projects that are still in progress do not appear in the Sim s inventory. If they are not needed, in most cases they can be discarded using the respective crafting tool objects. Since the toddler gift animation is set to a general social interaction, it may be visually difficult to tell that items are being exchanged. For many objects, Place in World does not appear in a toddler s inventory, but in most cases the items can be removed through various in-game methods. Alternatively, you can give them to an older Sim via this mod s interactions and dispose of them that way. Tips For food items, using the Cottage Living basket allows you to transfer stacked items all at once. This is a game feature, and players who own Cottage Living and Seasons can do this even without the MOD.
