Buyable Sacred Candles (Paranormal Req.)

I don't know about you, but when I got Paranormal, I was super excited to try the gameplay out, and the FIRST thing I did was make a sim and plop her into a haunted house. As it turns out, the game is designed for you to work up to living in a haunted house, and it was a very frustrating experience. However, I did this quick little edit, and now I can just buy the candles I need instead of getting stuck in an endless loop of chasing after aspiration points! They are in the lighting table lighting category, and cost §50. This is an override, so this shouldn't need updating unless EA decides to make a major functional update to the tuning.
