📋 About This Mod

I AM ON PERMANENT HIATUS FROM SIFU MODDING

As things are, the Sifu modding process is just not something I can sustain currently - I'll still try and monitor how the game + modding tools develop in the future but consider all of my projects as currently inactive.

I'm glad this mod has found a lot of users, but I find it really hard to troubleshoot and after v1. 1 (Sean dual lightsaber update) it seems to have gotten more unstable. I currently have no interest in delving into the files, at least until Sifu's winter update. That said, I am not abandoning it completely, but the mod will require a major reorganization moving forward.

    Lightsaber Installation:

    • [].zip files are available for both a Kodachi (knife) replacement and Machete replacement, download either or both from Files

      []Go to your Sifu install folder, Open Sifu/Content/Paks/~mods (if ~mods folder does not exist, create it)

      []In the .zip file you will find folders for each lightsaber color, pick one that you like, then extract the .pak and .sig file into your /~mods folder

      []Load your save or start a new game and may the force be with you!

      []Note: Since the Kodachi and Machete mods are available separately, you can mix and match a color for each! (ex: Blue Kodachi, Red Machete)

    SFX Installation:

    • []The sound effects mod is available in its own .zip file

      []As above, extract the .pak and .sig file into your /~mods folder

      []This version replaces sounds for both machete and kodachi currently, so it is recommended to download a Lightsaber replacement for both!
