RN Partnenope 1889

The Torpedo Cruiser Partnenope from the Partnenope Class! Partenope was an Italian cruiser built in 1888 and launched in 1889 It is nearly fully historical weaponry wise having the same amount of single torpedo launchers and a main cannons subsidised for a similar one, In game she has barely any armour with 50mm on the deck she is best used in large groups to strike larger targets with immense torpedo strikes.
