Armor Parts

This mod is an alternative to Transmogrify, they do not work together. Use one or the other.

Whereas Transmogrify replaces all armor parts of an armor (or other worn item) with the parts of another item, this mod turns on or off an armor's parts and lets you add extra parts to an armor from another armor.

Basically, Transmogrify turns one item's appearance into another; this mod lets you set what parts of an armor to show, and whether to show parts from another armor as well.

This is a more advanced mod as well. It requires you to possess the advanced skill of text file editing.

Exporting Data

Armor data is exported by hovering over the armor item in your inventory and pressing the hotkey (default e) while holding down the export modifier key (default left shift). This will create a json file with the armor's name and id as the file name. The file contents will look something like this:

{"name":"Linen Cloth","GUID":"71283e35-0975-4d3b-99d7-94ace7a284b0","showBra":false,"showPanties":false,"showSuspenders":false,"parts":["hip","SYLP Bra 02 Genesis 8 Female_2575. Shape","SYLP Panty Genesis 8 Female_2059. Shape"]}

Editing Data

You can change the three false values to show clothes under the armor.

Under parts, ignore "hip". The other parts are the armor pieces. you can remove any of them.

You can also add piece from other armor sets by exporting info for the other set, then copy-pasting their parts to this armor.

Pieces from other armor must be prefaced with the other armor's name and a colon, e.g.:

{"name":"Linen Cloth","GUID":"71283e35-0975-4d3b-99d7-94ace7a284b0","showBra":false,"showPanties":false,"showSuspenders":false,"parts":["hip","Barbarian Lady Armor:tdatop_6509. Shape","Purple Worship:Cords_Belt_1704. Shape","SYLP Panty Genesis 8 Female_2059. Shape"]}

This removes the lower part from my specific Linen Cloth and adds a part from Purple Worship and a part from Barbarian Lady Armor. Your GUID will be different for each item.

Applying

You can manually apply data for an item by hovering over it and pressing the hotkey (default e). NOTE: The data will only stick if you save your game after creating the json file, as saving lets the game know that the data is for that armor instance.

Resetting

If you delete a json file, the data will be reset on restarting the game. You can manually reset data for an item by hovering over it and pressing the hotkey (default e) while holding down the reset modifier key (default left alt).

Config

A config file BepInEx/config/aedenthorn. ArmorParts.cfg is created after running the game once with this mod.
