Shadowrun Returns Research and Development Is essentially a content pack that includes working examples of various aspects of the game. This will eventually be included with a offline HTML documented tutorial which is currently still in development. But right now the content pack is well organized and each area is documented within the content pack through conversation windows. So you can easily pickup how each feature is done.
