Improved Randomizer Weapon Traits

Buffed existing Weapon Traits and as well as creates new ones that drastically change the Gameplay of Randomizer Mode. All prop traits now provide combat advantage. Changes: - Buffed many existing weapon traits like Life Siphon which gives higher bonuses. - Added more weapon traits that is available only to higher tier weapons. Many of these traits are an upgraded version of existing traits. - Reworked majority of the Dumb traits so that they now provide combat advantage (You can still disable them in the while Configuring Randomizer.) - Added Compatibility of Weapon Traits to 'Customizable Randomizer Stats' Mods Trait Amount. (Brick Launcher, Plate Cannon, Hazard, Crawler Buddy, and many more.) - Edited Recoilless Weapon Trait to work with Most Weapons.
